Imperial Equities Inc. is an experienced industrial landlord located in Edmonton, Alberta. The Company focuses on the acquisition, development and redevelopment of industrial properties in targeted Canadian markets.
In our 26 years as a public company, we have developed a top-notch portfolio of industrial buildings which includes acquired and redeveloped buildings, as well as numerous build-to-suit projects which we have taken from the drawing board to long-term tenant occupancy.
All of our buildings are maintained to the Imperial Equities standard of excellent quality that we are known for. We pride ourselves on having the sharpest looking industrial properties around. And because we know that looks don’t matter if things don’t work – we actively maintain and improve our properties, keeping them in great condition and ensuring our tenants are happy. Over the past several years, we have focused on energy-efficiency, which benefits our tenants with reduced costs, and aligns with our goal of reaching net-zero as a company.
